Prices

Die Preise für Wärme aus dem Fernwärmenetz sind von mehreren Faktoren, vor allem von der Gebäudegröße und den zu versorgenden Flächen abhängig. Darum bekommt jeder Anschlussnehmer bei Abschluss eines Fernwärmevertrags sein individuelles Angebot.

The connection costs sind abhängig von der Höhe der Anschlussleistung und werden einmalig in Rechnung gestellt. Diese beinhalten Lieferung und Installation der Übergabestation sowie einige Meter Hausanschlussleitung auf Ihrem Grundstück.

These three components make up the price for district heating supply:

  • Annual base price (service price) to cover personnel and capital costs in euros per kilowatt connected load
  • Labor price to cover fuel costs in cents per kilowatt hour
  • Transfer price (metering price) to cover the costs of meters, calibration and maintenance of the measuring equipment as well as billing of the heat consumption

Your way to the district heating connection:

  1. Contact: Call us on the number 0800 0871 871 (free of charge from the German landline) and we check whether we can supply your building with district heating.
  2. Appointment: Together with you, we develop connection and supply options for your building and create one individual offer.
  3. Your house connection: If you have placed an order with us for the district heating supply, we will build the house connection for you and provide the transfer station.
  4. Heating contractor: So that your existing heating system can be connected to district heating and DHW heating, hire a heating contractor of your choice with whom we cooperate.
  5. Supply of district heating: We connect your building to the district heating network, put the system into operation and instruct you in the technology of the system.
