Afterwards, it flows back to the Isar in a purified state - and this with a cleaning capacity of more than 95 percent (based on the biological oxygen demand, five days). The wastewater passes through various stations to rid it of solids and chemicals. Stadtwerke is thus supporting the regional sewage sludge disposal concept of the Free State of Bavaria. At the same time, the capacity utilization of the plant is optimized and a higher gas yield for energy production is achieved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The foreign sludge must fulfill the following conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadtwerke-landshut.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Lieferbedingungen-Fremdschlamm.pdf?ver=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delivery conditions for external sludge<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Sludge analysis is not older than 6 months<\/li>\n<li>Pumpable primary or surplus sludge with oTS&gt; 60% and TS &lt;5% Exclusion criteria: sludge with coarse impurities; Mud from sewage treatment plants or settling ponds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>faecal sludge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to sludges from sewage treatment plants, faecal sludges from private small wastewater treatment plants are also accepted. The prerequisite is that the delivery is carried out by an approved specialist company and the plants are located in the catchment area of the sewage treatment plant.<\/p>\n<p>The delivery of content from chemical toilets is also possible. Dieser entweicht als ungef\u00e4hrliches Gas in die Luft. Durch eine 20-prozentige Verbesserung des Stickstoffabbaus werden voraussichtlich rund 70 Kilogramm weniger Stickstoff pro Tag in die Isar eingeleitet. Das ist gut f\u00fcr die Isar und ihre Fische, denn Stickstoff f\u00fchrt zu einer \u00dcberd\u00fcngung der Gew\u00e4sser, was wiederum den Fischen sehr zu schaffen macht.<\/p>\n<p>An dem Projekt arbeiten die Stadtwerke mit den Fachplanern schon seit 2018. Die Planungen sind sehr umfangreich. Die Ausf\u00fchrungsplanung ist inzwischen fast fertig und F\u00f6rderungen sind beantragt. Aktuell werden die Leistungsverzeichnisse f\u00fcr die Ausschreibung erstellt und erforderliche Genehmigungen eingeholt. Die Ausschreibungen sollen ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden, sobald die Stadtwerke eine R\u00fcckmeldung \u00fcber die F\u00f6rderungen erhalten haben. Insgesamt rechnen die Stadtwerke mit einem Investitionsvolumen zwischen 35 und 37 Millionen Euro (ohne F\u00f6rdermittel).
