Procedimiento de resoluci\u00f3n de disputas del consumidor<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>2.1<\/strong> Las compa\u00f1\u00edas de suministro de electricidad y gas (proveedores, operadores de red, operadores de medidores) est\u00e1n obligadas a presentar quejas de los consumidores en el sentido del \u00a7 13 BGB (cliente privado), en particular a la celebraci\u00f3n del contrato o la calidad de los servicios prestados por la compa\u00f1\u00eda (quejas de los consumidores), la conexi\u00f3n a la red de suministro, el suministro Energ\u00eda y la medici\u00f3n de energ\u00eda en el proceso seg\u00fan \u00a7 111a EnWG para responder dentro de un per\u00edodo de cuatro semanas desde la recepci\u00f3n en la empresa. Si la empresa no soluciona la queja del consumidor, la empresa debe explicar los motivos por escrito y se\u00f1alar el procedimiento de arbitraje de conformidad con la Secci\u00f3n 111b EnWG, indicando la direcci\u00f3n y el sitio web de la junta de arbitraje. Para la soluci\u00f3n de disputas entre el Stadtwerke Landshut y los consumidores (\u00a7 13 BGB), se puede llamar a la junta de arbitraje reconocida o comisionada.
