Procedura de solu\u021bionare a litigiilor consumatorilor<\/span><\/h6>\n<p><strong>2.1<\/strong> Companiile de furnizare a energiei electrice \u0219i a gazelor (furnizori, operatori de re\u021bea, operatori de contoare) sunt obligate s\u0103 depun\u0103 reclama\u021bii de la consumatori \u00een sensul articolului 13 BGB (client privat), \u00een special la \u00eencheierea contractului sau la calitatea serviciilor furnizate de companie (reclama\u021bii ale consumatorilor), conexiunea la re\u021beaua de furnizare, furnizarea Energia \u0219i m\u0103surarea energiei \u00een procesul de la \u00a7 111a EnWG s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 de patru s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de la primirea companiei. \u00cen cazul \u00een care reclama\u021bia consumatorului nu este solu\u021bionat\u0103 de c\u0103tre companie, compania trebuie s\u0103 explice motivele \u00een scris \u0219i s\u0103 indice procedura de arbitraj \u00een conformitate cu sec\u021biunea 111b EnWG, indic\u00e2nd adresa \u0219i site-ul web al comitetului de arbitraj.
