Weitere Schwimmkurse ab Januar

Für die zweite Runde des Kursangebots ab Januar 2020 sind jetzt wieder Anmeldungen möglich: Aqua-Kurs-Stunden finden ab 12. Januar jeweils sonntags von 11 bis 12 statt. Die Mischung aus klassischer Wassergymnastik und Tanz-Choreografien bei den Aqua-Zumba-Stunden sorgen für ein gelenkschonendes Fitnesstraining. Auch viele Kinderschwimmkurse und Schwimmkurse für Erwachsene werden ab Januar wieder angeboten. Die Kurse umfassen jeweils zehn Einheiten á 45 Minuten und kosten 50 Euro, zuzüglich des Hallenbadeintritts.

Bis Anfang Februar laufen auch noch die Meerjungfrauenschwimmkurse in Kleingruppen bis maximal vier Teilnehmern. Sie finden ab 7. Januar bis 4. Februar jeweils dienstags von 15.15 bis 16.15 Uhr statt.

Weitere Schwimm- und Aqua-Fitness-Kurse im Stadtbad sind zudem bei der Volkshochschule Landshut (www.vhs-landshut.de) und der AOK Landshut im Programm.

Am Wochenende findet das Vestner-Pokal-Schwimmen im Stadtbad statt. Dabei messen sich am 23. und 24. November 2019 die besten Schwimmer Bayerns in verschiedenen Disziplinen. Ausrichter ist der Schwimmclub SC 53. Wegen der Veranstaltung stehen den Badegästen das Hallenbad und das Mehrzweckbecken an diesen beiden Tagen leider nicht zur Verfügung. Die Sauna ist von 8 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet.

Von Freitag, 6. Dezember 2019, bis Montag, 23. Dezember 2019 sind im Stadtgebiet wieder Mitarbeiter der Stadtwerke Landshut unterwegs, um die Strom-, Gas- und Wasserzähler der Haushalte abzulesen. Kunden, die keine Ablesekarten zum Selbstablesen ihrer Zählerstände erhalten haben, bitten die Stadtwerke Landshut, den Stadtwerke-Ablesern den Zutritt zu den Zählern zu ermöglichen. Die Mitarbeiter können sich mit einem Stadtwerke-Ausweis ausweisen. Außerdem haben sie eine blaue Weste mit Stadtwerke-Logo an. Die Stadtwerke-Ableser kassieren kein Geld und verlangen keine Gebühren. Auch bieten sie keine Strom- oder Gasverträge an.

Nicht alle Zähler können von den Stadtwerke-Mitarbeitern abgelesen werden. Darum erhält ein Teil der Kunden ab 5. Dezember auch Ablesekarten. Auf dieser Karte können die Zählerstände eingetragen und den Stadtwerken bis spätestens 03. Januar 2020 per Post übermittelt werden. Auf was beim Zähler ablesen geachtet werden soll, zeigen die Stadtwerke in einem Video in ihrem YouTube-Kanal.

Wer eine Ablesekarte erhält, kann die Zählerstände auch bequem online eingeben und spart sich den Gang zur Post. Dazu gibt es drei Möglichkeiten: Ohne Registrierung erfolgt dies mit der Kundennummer, Kartennummer und einer auf der Ablesekarte angegebenen PIN unter www.stadtwerke-landshut.de/ablesung. Ebenso gibt es die zweite Möglichkeit, die Zählerstände über einen auf den Ablesekarten abgedruckten QR-Code mit einem Smartphone oder Tablet ohne eine Registrierung zu übermitteln. Eine dritte Möglichkeit gibt es für Kunden, die sich schon während der vergangenen Jahre im Kundenportal registriert haben. Diese können sich mit ihren bisherigen Login-Daten anmelden und die Zählerstände dort eintippen. Der Login erfolgt unter www.stadtwerke-landshut.de/kundenportal.

Die Zählerdaten werden am Tag der Ablesung tagesgenau erfasst. Die nach dem Ablesetag verbrauchte Energie wird anschließend anhand der bisherigen Verbrauchswerte zum 31. Dezember 2019 hochgerechnet. Auf der Jahresverbrauchsabrechnung, die alle Kunden ab Mitte Januar 2020 erhalten, stehen dann der abgelesene Zählerstand und der hochgerechnete Stand unter dem Stichwort „geschätzt“.

Je nach Höhe des Verbrauchs ergibt sich eine Gutschrift oder Nachzahlung. Die Verbrauchsdaten von 2019 bilden die Grundlage für die Berechnung der Abschlagsraten für 2020. Für die künftigen Abschlagsraten wird die Preisänderung berücksichtigt. Ende 2020 wird dann der tatsächliche Verbrauch nach Ablesung der Zähler erneut verrechnet. Ziel dabei ist, die Abschlagsraten so an den Verbrauch anzupassen, dass die Abrechnung im Folgejahr möglichst ausgeglichen ist.

Die Stadtwerke sind als Netzbetreiber darüber hinaus gesetzlich verpflichtet, auch bei Bürgern, die keine Energie von den Stadtwerken Landshut beziehen, einmal im Jahr eine Ablesung vorzunehmen. Diesen Ablesewert senden die Stadtwerke dann an den betreffenden Energielieferanten des Kunden.

Ab Montag, 18. November 2019, gibt es wieder die äußerst nachgefragten Rentierschlittentickets der Stadtwerke Landshut. Das besondere Ticket für die Weihnachtszeit ist sowohl eine vergünstigte Dezember-Monatskarte für die Landshuter Stadtbusse als auch ein Gutscheinheft mit zahlreichen Vergünstigungen im Einzelhandel der Stadt. Insgesamt sieben verschiedene Gutscheine sind dieses Jahr enthalten. Die Auflage des Rentierschlittentickets ist begrenzt auf 500 Stück. Ab 9 Uhr gibt es die Tickets im Kundenzentrum in der Altstadt 74 und am Infopunkt Stadtbus am Hauptbahnhof ab 6.30 Uhr für 36 Euro zu kaufen.

Das Stadtbad Landshut wird ab Samstag, 14.03.20, vorsorglich geschlossen, daher kann auch die Saunanacht am Samstag nicht stattfinden. Hintergrund ist, dass derzeit Menschenansammlungen vermieden werden sollen. Da im Stadtbad naturgemäß viele Menschen zusammenkommen, ist die Schließung eine reine vorbeugende Maßnahme. Grippe- und auch die Coronaviren können nach derzeitigem Kenntnisstand nicht über chlorhaltiges Schwimmbadwasser übertragen werden. Die Stadtwerke Landshut werden für die Dauerkartenbesitzer, deren Karte noch bis Mitte Mai gültig ist, eine Regelung überlegen und über die örtlichen Medien und der Stadtwerke-Homepage informieren. Wie lange das Stadtbad geschlossen bleibt, ist derzeit noch nicht klar.

With the completion of the modernization of the electrical engineering facilities of the UW Ost and the expansion of the transformer fleet, the municipal utilities ensure both the energy supply and the energy supply for the future. The UW Ost, located between the small Isar and flood trough, is next to the substation in Altdorf a central hub for the power supply Landshut. It is - pictorially presented - a large logistics hub for the just-in-time delivery of electricity.

The heart of a substation is the transformers. They link the different voltage levels: In the UW Ost high voltage (110 kV) of the upstream network is down-converted to medium voltage (20 kV) and passed into the distribution network of municipal utilities in the local network stations and distributed to customers.

The UW Ost is almost half a century old. In 1970, the construction of a second substation in the eastern part of the city was decided on because of the increasing demand for energy. Two years later, it went into operation. In view of the age and the increasing demands on the power grid, a fresh cell treatment was necessary. In addition to the third transformer, which had been required for redundancy reasons and went into operation in February 2019, the ground fault compensation has been renewed since mid-2018 and the 20kV switchgear completely modernized.

The renovation project was designed for around 1.5 years. Stadtwerke was constantly on schedule - both in terms of time and costs. Stadtwerke invested a total of around five million euros in modernizing the security of supply of its inhabitants. With the additional transformer and the remotely controllable switchgear, the growing city is well prepared for the future in terms of power supply and prepared for the energy turnaround.

Between 14 and 18 October 2019, municipal utilities will carry out pressure and volume measurements in the drinking water network as part of a pipeline network analysis. To this end, Stadtwerke and RBS wave GmbH include so-called pressure loggers at selected points in the water pipeline network. Thus, the pressure drops generated by controlled withdrawals (standpipes) can be measured in the network. These pressure and flow measurements take place both during the day and in the late evening and at night. They can produce small disturbances (poor pressure conditions and rust water formation in the net) with the water supply. The aim of the analysis is to obtain a detailed calculation of the actual hydraulic state, ie to know whether the pipeline network works as calculated and the pressure conditions still fit.
