Network Access Conditions

Network access conditions for the use of the power supply networks of Stadtwerke Landshut

The legal basis for the access and use of the electricity network of Stadtwerke Landshut are the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) of 07 July 2005, the Electricity Network Access Ordinance (StromNZV) of 25 July 2005, the Stromnetzentgeltverordnung (StromNEV) of 25 July 2005 and the Incentive Regulation Ordinance (ARegV) of 29 October 2007, as amended. Compliance with the legal requirements is monitored by the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) and the State Regulatory Authority (LRegBeh -> Bayern Regulatory Chamber).

We make our network available to all network users on a non-discriminatory basis. Our pricing system has been determined correctly and is subject to the cost-causation principle.

Individual network charges according to § 19 para. 2 sentence 1 StromNEV
According to § 19 para. 2 sentence 1 StromNEV Stadtwerke Landshut are obliged to offer an end user an individual network fee, if it is obvious on the basis of existing or forecast consumption data or technical or contractual circumstances that the maximum load contribution of a final consumer predictably significantly from the simultaneous highest annual load differs from all withdrawals of this network or span level.
Stadtwerke Landshut have determined the corresponding high-load time windows per season according to the specifications of the BNetzA and subsequently published them.
The agreement with the network user on a reduced network charge pursuant to § 19 para. 2 sentence 1 StromNEV is subject since 2014 to the obligation of the last consumer to report to the regulatory authority and only after timely and complete receipt of the relevant documents to 30.09. one year with the state regulation authority (here: the government of Lower Bavaria) with retroactive effect to 01.01. of the requested year.

Individual network charges according to § 19 Abs. 2 Strom NEV
According to § 19 para. 2 sentence 2 StromNEV Stadtwerke Landshut are obliged to offer an end user an individual network fee, if a power consumption from the mains of the general supply a user hour of at least 7,000 h / a and a power consumption of more than 10 GWh is achieved.

Determination of the basic provider according to §§ 36, 118 Abs. 3 EnWG

According to the legal requirements, operators of power supply networks have to ascertain the universal supply every three years on 1 July, for the first time on 1 July 2006, the basic supplier for the next three calendar years and publish this on the Internet by 30 September of the year and the in accordance with state law competent authority in writing. The basic supplier is in each case the energy supply company, which supplies most household customers in a network area of the general supply. We hereby inform that according to the above mentioned specifications the distribution of Stadtwerke Landshut is the basic supplier for electricity in the network area of Stadtwerke Landshut. The basic supply obligation of Stadtwerke Landshut is valid until 31.12.2021. The next determination of the basic provider takes place on 01.07.2021. You can send us a copy of the map and the room in which the connection is to be made by mail or e-mail. If possible, include a power specification of your heat generator.

On the basis of these drawings, we will create an offer for your gas service connection.

Afterwards you receive an offer from us, in which the proportionate costs are listed.

By signing the order form, you confirm the quotation and at the same time issue us the grid connection order.

After a short processing time, you can then contact the responsible master of Stadtwerke Landshut in consultation with your contractor, architect or installer to make an appointment. Please note that seasonal lead times of approx. 4 weeks may apply.

When the installer has completed the installation, we will install a gas meter and you will be able to put your heater or gas stove into operation.

In addition, Stadtwerke Landshut has acceded to the agreement on cooperation pursuant to § 20 (1) b) EnWG between the operators of gas supply networks located in Germany. This also forms the basis for the access and use of the gas network, as applicable.
